Pacem in Terris is a trans-religious space created along the Wawayanda River in Warwick, NY by Frederick and Claske Franck.
It is
"One man's work of art that aspires to be an oasis of quiet, of sanity,
where spirit and nature may reconnect. It is dedicated to what is Human in every human being"

From his book, "Pacem in Terris, A Love Story", Frederick Franck wrote:
"The Story of a garbage dump transformed into a sanctuary, or once, instead of the other way around."
Pacem in Terris - Peace on Earth - is a Museum granted by the New York State Board of Regents.
Pacem is open to the public with limited hours on weekends May - October. We ask that you leave your phones and cameras at home
and experience Pacem in quiet contemplation or meditation. Outdoor sculptures, and icons are located throughout the property, we ask you to treat them with respect. The museum is funded by donations, annual concerts, plays or poetry readings, and the sale of items on this website. All programs presented by Pacem are selected to fit it's contemplative character, not as 'entertainment' but cultural and spiritual enhancement, enrichment and openness.
